Like the Aztecs Incas wanted more territory so they would send a representative to meet with the tribe and explained hey were gonna take over. If they refused to let them take over then the Incas would fight back they would likely win. When they took over the empire they would force them in their religion. If the people rebelled under Inca control they killed the local leader. Inca thought they controlled most of the world. Then smallpox came or spread into the empire and killed many.
Francisco Pizarro came to the Inca empire but the Inca empire was sadly mistaken to think he wasn't a threat. Pizarro set up a meeting with Atahualpa saying give up his gods and his other nonsense. Although Atahualpa had 5000 body guards in his mits unarmed and Pizarro had 160 armed with weapons and guns Pizarro took over the leader and put him in jail. The Inca leader tried to bribe him but it didn't work
